Replacing battery in key fob require 1 CR2025 battery, phillips head screwdriver and flat head screwdriver. Prepare these materials and tools before opening and make sure to match the type of your fob’s batteries.- flat head screwdriver

Step by step instruction
A coin battery installed in the your keyless entry remote. Remove screw on the back of the remote key fob. Spin the remote key fob over and find for at least one screw holding in the plastic.
Gently try to open your remote key fob with hands or flat head screwdriver. Remove 1 CR2025 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Get new battery and install it inside fob’s shell. Battery must be installed with the same polarity as was an old. Your key will not work if you by mistake put battery wrong way.
After the new battery installed, check remote key fob by pressing buttons. If everything is functioning, assemble your keyless entry fob's case in reverse order.
At this point squeeze fob’s back cover together. Line your case pieces together and put it together by hands from top to bottom. If your keyless entry remote shell firmly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step. Screw the back of the key fob.
