Simple steps to change the battery in your Fusion's remote key fob
Inside of your remote key fob installed small button battery. Delicately try to pry apart your key fob with hands or flat head screwdriver. Change one CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Change old battery with fresh one CR2032. Be sure to connect the battery the right way around in a circuit. Your key will not work if you place battery wrong way.
After the new battery installed, check remote key fob functionality by pressing buttons. If all functions works, assemble your fob’s shell in reverse order.
At this point squeeze keyless entry fob's back cover together. Line your body two halves together and assemble it in place by hands from top to bottom. If your key fob shell tightly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step.
