Step by step guide
A tiny button cell battery installed in the your keyless entry remote. Remove fasteners on the back of the keyless entry remote. Spin the key fob over and find for at least one fastener holding in the plastic.
Delicately try to disassemble your keyless entry remote with hands or flat head screwdriver. Replace 1xCR2025 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Get new battery and install it in fob’s case. Battery must be placed with the same polarity as was a previous. Your keyless entry remote will not work if you by mistake put battery wrong way.
When the new battery installed, check keyless entry remote functionality by pressing buttons. If all functions works, assemble your fob’s shell in reverse order.
At this point squeeze fob’s back cover together. Line your case pieces together and put it together by hands from top to bottom. If your key shell tightly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step. Screw fastener in the back of the keyless entry remote.
