Step by step instruction
A small button cell battery installed inside the your key fob. Move the key out of the way if it is in the remote key fob.
Accurately try to pry apart your key with hands or flat head screwdriver. Replace 1xCR2025 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Replace old battery with new one CR2025. Be sure to connect the battery the right way around in a circuit. Your remote key fob will not work if you place battery wrong way.
Before assembling fob’s case, verify that everything working fine by pressing buttons on circuit board.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Carefully try to put the pieces in place by hands from top to bottom. Check your key case for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step.
