How to Open Your 2007 Saab 9-5 Key Fob & Change Battery

Before beginning open key fob be sure that you have all required tools and materials: flat head screwdriver and CR2032 battery.- 1xCR2032 battery

Simple steps to replace the battery in your car's keyless entry remote
A small button battery installed in the your remote key fob. Move the key out of the way if it is in the remote key fob.
Delicately try to pry apart your keyless entry remote with hands or flat head screwdriver. Change 1 CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Replace old battery with new one CR2032. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the charge cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check polarity on battery, by "+" mark.
Before assembling keyless entry fob's case, check that all functions works by pressing buttons on circuit board.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Accurately try to put the two halves in place by hands from top to bottom. If your keyless entry remote case firmly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step.
