How to Open Your 2008 Acura TSX Key Fob and Change Battery

Don't forget before disassembly remote key fob check all that you need: phillips head screwdriver, flat head screwdriver and 1xCR2025 battery.- flat head screwdriver

Step by step instruction
Inside of your keyless entry remote installed small coin cell battery. Remove screw on the back of the keyless entry remote. Spin the remote key fob over and look for at least 1 fastener holding in the plastic.
Delicately try to pry apart your key fob with hands or flat head screwdriver. Remove 1 CR2025 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Replace old battery with new one CR2025. Battery must be placed with the same position as was a previous. Your key will not work if you by mistake put battery wrong way.
After the new battery installed, verify key fob by pressing buttons. If everything is functioning, assemble your keyless entry fob's shell in reverse order.
At this point squeeze fob’s back cover together. Line your shell two halves together and put it together by hands from top to bottom. If your key fob case tightly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step. Screw fastener in the back of the key fob.
