Step by step guide
A button battery installed in the your keyless entry remote. Open key first, and then try to pry apart the keyless entry remote.
Carefully try to pry apart your fob with hands or flat head screwdriver. Change 1 CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Get new battery and install it inside keyless entry fob's case. Battery must be installed with the same position as was an old. Your key will not work if you mistakenly put battery wrong way.
After the new battery installed, check remote key fob by pressing buttons. If all functions works, assemble your fob’s body in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Carefully try to put the two halves in place by hands from top to bottom. If your remote key fob shell firmly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step.
