Simple steps to replace the battery in your Maybach 62's key fob
Inside of your key fob installed button cell battery. Move the key out of the way if it is in the keyless entry remote.
Gently try to pry apart your remote key fob with pry tools. Remove CR2025 batteries with flat head screwdriver.
Change old batteries with fresh one CR2025. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the charge cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check polarity on battery, by "+" mark.
After the new batteries installed, verify keyless entry remote by pressing buttons. If all functions works, assemble your fob’s case in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Gently try to put the two halves in place by hands from top to bottom. Check your remote key fob shell for gaps. If it is not tightly closed try to repeat last step.
