How to Replace the Battery in a 2008 Nissan Maxima Key Fob

Replacing battery in keyless entry remote require 1 CR2025 battery and flat head screwdriver. Prepare these materials and tools before opening and make sure to match the type of your keyless entry fob's batteries.- 1xCR2025 battery

Step by step instruction
A button cell battery installed in the your keyless entry remote. Remove any internal key before you try to pry apart the remote key fob.
Carefully try to open your key fob with flat head screwdriver. Change CR2025 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Replace old battery with new one CR2025. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the current cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check polarity on battery, by "+" mark.
After the new battery installed, verify keyless entry remote functionality by pressing buttons. If everything is functioning, assemble your keyless entry fob's shell in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Carefully try to assemble the pieces together by hands from top to bottom. Inspect your key case for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step.
