How to Replace the Battery in a 2008 Pontiac Solstice Key Fob

Replacing battery in key fob require 1xCR2032 battery and flat head screwdriver. Prepare these materials and tools before opening and make sure to match the type of your fob’s batteries.- flat head screwdriver

Step by step instruction
Inside of your remote key fob installed small button battery. Gently try to pry apart your key with pry tools. Change one CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Now it's time to install new battery inside fob’s shell. Battery must be installed with the same position as was a previous. Your remote key fob will not work if you by mistake put battery wrong way.
Before assembling fob’s case, make sure that all functions works by testing buttons on remote key fob.
At this point squeeze keyless entry fob's back cover together. Line your case two halves together and assemble it together by hands from top to bottom. Check your fob body for gaps. If it is not tightly closed try to repeat last step.
