Step by step instruction
A coin battery installed inside the your keyless entry remote. Remove screw on the back of the keyless entry remote. Flip the remote key fob over and look for at least 1 screw holding in the plastic.
Accurately try to open your keyless entry remote with hands or flat head screwdriver. Change one CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Change old battery with new one CR2032. Be sure to connect the battery the right way around in a circuit. Your key will not work if you put battery wrong way.
After the new battery installed, verify key fob by pressing buttons. If everything working fine, assemble your fob’s body in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Accurately try to assemble the two halves in place by hands from top to bottom. If your fob shell tightly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step. Screw fastener in the back of the key fob.
