Simple steps to replace the battery in your car's remote key fob
A small coin cell battery installed inside the your remote key fob. Open the key if it is in the remote key fob.
Delicately try to pry apart your remote key fob with pry tools. Remove one CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Now it's time to install new battery in keyless entry fob's case. Battery must be installed with the same position as was an old. Your keyless entry remote will not work if you by mistake place battery wrong way.
Before assembling fob’s case, make sure that all functions works by testing buttons on key fob.
At this point squeeze keyless entry fob's back cover together. Line your case two halves together and assemble it in place by hands from top to bottom. Check your keyless entry remote shell for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step.
