2009 Cadillac Escalade Key Fob Battery Replacement Guide

Don't forget before disassembly key fob check all that you need: flat head screwdriver and one CR2032 battery.- flat head screwdriver

Step by step instruction
Inside of your remote key fob installed tiny coin cell battery. Delicately try to disassemble your remote key fob with hands or flat head screwdriver. Replace one CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Now it's time to install new battery in fob’s shell. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the current cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check polarity on battery, by "+" mark.
After the new battery installed, check remote key fob functionality by pressing buttons. If all functions works, assemble your keyless entry fob's body in reverse order.
At this point squeeze keyless entry fob's back cover together. Line your shell pieces together and put it in place by hands from top to bottom. If your key fob shell tightly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step.
