Before you start to open keyless entry remote check all that you need: flat head screwdriver and 1 CR2032 battery.- flat head screwdriver

Step by step guide
A button cell battery installed inside the your keyless entry remote. Delicately try to open your key fob with flat head screwdriver. Remove 1 CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Replace old battery with fresh one CR2032. Be sure to connect the battery the right way around in a circuit. Your key will not work if you place battery wrong way.
After the new battery installed, check key fob by pressing buttons. If all functions works, assemble your keyless entry fob's body in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Accurately try to put the two halves in place by hands from top to bottom. Inspect your remote key fob body for gaps. If it is not tightly closed try to repeat last step.
