Simple steps to change the battery in your car's key fob
Inside of your keyless entry remote installed small coin cell battery. Gently try to open your remote key fob with flat head screwdriver. Remove 1 CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Get new battery and install it in fob’s case. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the current cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check position on battery, by "+" mark.
After the new battery installed, verify key fob functionality by pressing buttons. If everything is functioning, assemble your keyless entry fob's body in reverse order.
At this point squeeze keyless entry fob's back cover together. Line your shell pieces together and put it in place by hands from top to bottom. If your remote key fob shell firmly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step.
