Before starting disassembly keyless entry remote make sure that you have all recommended tools and materials: flat head screwdriver and 1 CR2032 battery.- flat head screwdriver

Step by step instruction
Inside of your key fob installed small button cell battery. Open the key if it is in the key fob.
Gently try to pry apart your key with pry tools. Replace CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Change old battery with new one CR2032. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the current cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check position on battery, by "+" mark.
When the new battery installed, verify key fob functionality by pressing buttons. If everything is functioning, assemble your fob’s shell in reverse order.
At this point squeeze keyless entry fob's back cover together. Line your body pieces together and assemble it in place by hands from top to bottom. Inspect your key fob body for gaps. If it is not tightly closed try to repeat last step.
