Simple steps to change the battery in your car's remote key fob
Inside of your keyless entry remote installed tiny coin battery. Gently try to pry apart your key with hands or flat head screwdriver. Replace 1 CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Change old battery with new one CR2032. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the charge cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check position on battery, by "+" mark.
When the new battery installed, check remote key fob by pressing buttons. If everything working properly, assemble your keyless entry fob's shell in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Accurately try to assemble the pieces in place by hands from top to bottom. Inspect your key fob case for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step.
