2009 Mazda 6 Key Fob Battery Replacement Instructions

What is the battery key fob require
Before beginning disassembly keyless entry remote make sure that you have all required tools and materials: CR2025 battery and flat head screwdriver.- 1xCR2025 battery

Step by step instruction
A button cell battery installed inside the your remote key fob. Remove any internal key before you try to pry apart the remote key fob.
Accurately try to pry apart your remote key fob with hands or flat head screwdriver. Change 1 CR2025 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Get new battery and install it in fob’s case. Be sure to connect the battery the right way around in a circuit. Your remote key fob will not work if you put battery wrong way.
Before assembling fob’s case, check that all functions works by testing buttons on circuit board.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Accurately try to assemble the two halves in place by hands from top to bottom. Check your keyless entry remote shell for gaps. If it is not tightly closed try to repeat last step.
