How to Open Your 2009 Mercedes-Benz CLK350 Key Fob & Change Battery

If your auto remote key fob isn't unlock doors perfectly, the battery likely needs to be changed. In this post, we explained how to open Mercedes-Benz remote key fob and replace a weak battery DIY. If you decide to do it at home near CLK350, use this instruction, but first make sure you have all you need.
What kind of battery remote key fob require
Before beginning disassembly remote key fob be sure that you have all required tools and materials: two CR2025 batteries and flat head screwdriver.- flat head screwdriver

Step by step guide
Inside of your key fob installed small button battery. Move the key out of the way if it is in the key fob.
Delicately try to disassemble your key with pry tools. Replace two CR2025 batteries with flat head screwdriver.
Get new batteries and install it in keyless entry fob's case. Battery must be placed with the same position as was an old. Your remote key fob will not work if you by mistake place battery wrong way.
When the new batteries installed, check remote key fob by pressing buttons. If all functions works, assemble your fob’s case in reverse order.
At this point squeeze keyless entry fob's back cover together. Line your shell pieces together and assemble it together by hands from top to bottom. Check your fob case for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step.
