Step by step instruction
A coin battery installed in the your key fob. Move the key out of the way if it is in the keyless entry remote.
Accurately try to disassemble your remote key fob with pry tools. Change CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Change old battery with fresh one CR2032. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the charge cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check position on battery, by "+" mark.
After the new battery installed, check remote key fob functionality by pressing buttons. If all functions works, assemble your fob’s shell in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Gently try to put the two halves in place by hands from top to bottom. Check your remote key fob shell for gaps. If it is not tightly closed try to repeat last step.
