Simple steps to replace the battery in your Versa's remote key fob
A tiny coin cell battery installed in the your remote key fob. Remove any internal key before you try to pry apart the key fob.
Delicately try to disassemble your fob with pry tools. Remove 1xCR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Change old battery with new one CR2032. Battery must be placed with the same position as was an old. Your key fob will not work if you mistakenly put battery wrong way.
Before assembling fob’s case, make sure that all working good by testing buttons on circuit board.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Accurately try to assemble the pieces together by hands from top to bottom. Check your remote key fob case for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step.
