How to Replace the Battery in a 2010 Audi Q3 Key Fob

If your Q3 remote key fob is no longer working perfectly, the cell battery likely must to be replaced. It's not complicated to change the battery in your key fob, and it’s easier than you think. All you need is described below.

Don't forget before open remote key fob check all that you need: flat head screwdriver and one CR2032 battery.- flat head screwdriver

Step by step guide
Inside of your remote key fob installed coin cell battery. Open key first, and then try to pry apart the remote key fob.
Carefully try to pry apart your keyless entry remote with pry tools. Change 1xCR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Now it's time to install new battery in fob’s body. Battery must be installed with the same position as was an old. Your key fob will not work if you by mistake put battery wrong way.
When the new battery installed, check key fob by pressing buttons. If all functions works, assemble your fob’s case in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Gently try to assemble the two halves together by hands from top to bottom. Check your keyless entry remote case for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step.
