Simple steps to replace the battery in your car's remote key fob
A button battery installed in the your key fob. Open the key if it is in the keyless entry remote.
Gently try to open your key with flat head screwdriver. Change 1 CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Get new battery and install it inside keyless entry fob's shell. Battery must be installed with the same position as was an old. Your keyless entry remote will not work if you by mistake put battery wrong way.
When the new battery installed, check remote key fob functionality by pressing buttons. If everything working good, assemble your fob’s body in reverse order.
At this point squeeze fob’s back cover together. Line your case two halves together and put it in place by hands from top to bottom. Check your key fob shell for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step.
