Simple steps to change the battery in your car's key fob

Carefully try to pry apart your fob with flat head screwdriver. Remove 1 CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Now it's time to install new battery in keyless entry fob's shell. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the charge cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check position on battery, by "+" mark.
After the new battery installed, verify keyless entry remote by pressing buttons. If all functions works, assemble your fob’s shell in reverse order.
At this point squeeze keyless entry fob's back cover together. Line your case two halves together and put it in place by hands from top to bottom. If your key fob shell firmly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step.
