Step by step instruction
A small button cell battery installed inside the your remote key fob. Open key before you try to pry apart the keyless entry remote.
Carefully try to disassemble your fob with pry tools. Replace CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Replace old battery with new one CR2032. Be sure to connect the battery the right way around in a circuit. Your keyless entry remote will not work if you connect battery wrong way.
After the new battery installed, verify key fob functionality by pressing buttons. If everything is functioning, assemble your fob’s body in reverse order.
At this point squeeze fob’s back cover together. Line your case pieces together and put it in place by hands from top to bottom. If your fob case firmly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step.
