How to Replace the Battery in a 2010 Dodge Charger Key Fob

Step by step instruction
A small button cell battery installed in the your keyless entry remote. Remove any internal key before you try to pry apart the keyless entry remote. Unscrew the back of the keyless entry remote. Flip the keyless entry remote over and look for at least one fastener holding in the plastic.
Accurately try to pry apart your key fob with pry tools. Change 1xCR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Get new battery and install it in fob’s body. Battery must be placed with the same polarity as was an old. Your keyless entry remote will not work if you by mistake place battery wrong way.
When the new battery installed, verify remote key fob functionality by pressing buttons. If everything working properly, assemble your keyless entry fob's case in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Gently try to assemble the pieces in place by hands from top to bottom. Check your fob shell for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step. Screw the back of the remote key fob.
