Simple steps to change the battery in your car's key fob
Inside of your remote key fob installed small button cell battery. Carefully try to pry apart your key fob with flat head screwdriver. Remove 1 CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Replace old battery with new one CR2032. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the current cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check polarity on battery, by "+" mark.
When the new battery installed, check keyless entry remote functionality by pressing buttons. If all functions works, assemble your fob’s case in reverse order.
At this point squeeze keyless entry fob's back cover together. Line your body two halves together and put it together by hands from top to bottom. Check your key shell for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step.
