Step by step instruction
A small coin cell battery installed in the your keyless entry remote. Carefully try to pry apart your keyless entry remote with hands or flat head screwdriver. Replace 2xCR2016 batteries with flat head screwdriver.
Now it's time to install new batteries inside keyless entry fob's case. Be sure to connect the battery the right way around in a circuit. Your key will not work if you place battery wrong way.
When the new batteries installed, check keyless entry remote functionality by pressing buttons. If everything is functioning, assemble your fob’s body in reverse order.
At this point squeeze fob’s back cover together. Line your shell pieces together and assemble it in place by hands from top to bottom. Inspect your key body for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step.
