How to Replace the Battery in a 2010 Lexus RX 450h Key Fob

Step by step guide
Inside of your keyless entry remote installed small coin cell battery. Move the key out of the way if it is in the remote key fob.
Accurately try to open your key with pry tools. Change 1xCR1632 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Change old battery with new one CR1632. Battery must be placed with the same polarity as was a previous. Your key will not work if you mistakenly put battery wrong way.
After the new battery installed, verify keyless entry remote by pressing buttons. If everything is functioning, assemble your fob’s body in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Gently try to assemble the pieces together by hands from top to bottom. Check your remote key fob shell for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step.
