Step by step instruction
A tiny coin battery installed in the your keyless entry remote. To open this key fob you need scoring the edges with carpet knife first.
Delicately try to pry apart your keyless entry remote with hands or flat head screwdriver. VL2020 is rechargeable battery. To remove it from a key soldering iron needed.
Change old battery with fresh one VL2020. Battery must be installed with the same position as was a previous. Your key will not work if you by mistake place battery wrong way.
After the new battery installed, verify key fob by pressing buttons. If all functions works, assemble your keyless entry fob's case in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Carefully try to put the pieces together by hands from top to bottom. If your key fob shell firmly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step. Glue the back of the keyless entry remote.
