How to Open Your 2011 Porsche 911 Key Fob & Change Battery

Before going to open keyless entry remote check all that you need: flat head screwdriver and CR2032 battery.- flat head screwdriver
- 1xCR2032 battery
Step by step instruction
Inside of your key fob installed small button battery. Move the key out of the way if it is in the remote key fob.
Carefully try to pry apart your key with flat head screwdriver. Remove 1 CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Get new battery and install it inside keyless entry fob's body. Be sure to connect the battery the right way around in a circuit. Your keyless entry remote will not work if you place battery wrong way.
Before assembling fob’s case, make sure that all is functioning by testing buttons on circuit board.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Delicately try to put the two halves together by hands from top to bottom. If your keyless entry remote case firmly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step.
