Step by step guide
A tiny button cell battery installed in the your keyless entry remote. Open the key if it is in the key fob.
Delicately try to disassemble your key with hands or flat head screwdriver. Replace 1 CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Change old battery with new one CR2032. Be sure to connect the battery the right way around in a circuit. Your remote key fob will not work if you put battery wrong way.
When the new battery installed, check key fob functionality by pressing buttons. If everything is functioning, assemble your keyless entry fob's case in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Carefully try to assemble the pieces together by hands from top to bottom. Check your key fob case for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step.
