Simple steps to replace the battery in your car's key fob

Gently try to pry apart your remote key fob with hands or flat head screwdriver. Replace CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Get new battery and install it in keyless entry fob's case. Be sure to connect the battery the right way around in a circuit. Your remote key fob will not work if you put battery wrong way.
When the new battery installed, check keyless entry remote by pressing buttons. If everything is functioning, assemble your keyless entry fob's case in reverse order.
At this point squeeze fob’s back cover together. Line your shell two halves together and assemble it in place by hands from top to bottom. If your remote key fob body firmly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step.
