Simple steps to change the battery in your car's remote key fob
A small coin cell battery installed in the your remote key fob. Open key first, and then try to pry apart the remote key fob.
Accurately try to open your keyless entry remote with hands or flat head screwdriver. Remove one CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Get new battery and install it in keyless entry fob's case. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the charge cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check polarity on battery, by "+" mark.
Before assembling keyless entry fob's case, make sure that everything working good by pressing buttons on circuit board.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Carefully try to assemble the two halves together by hands from top to bottom. If your key shell firmly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step.
