What kind of battery remote key fob requireBefore starting disassembly key fob be sure that you have all required tools and materials: phillips head screwdriver, one CR2032 battery and flat head screwdriver.

Step by step guide
Inside of your remote key fob installed coin cell battery. Move the key out of the way if it is in the key fob. Remove screw on the back of the remote key fob. Spin the key fob over and find for at least one fastener holding in the plastic.
Carefully try to disassemble your key with hands or flat head screwdriver. Replace 1 CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Replace old battery with fresh one CR2032. Battery must be installed with the same position as was a previous. Your key will not work if you mistakenly place battery wrong way.
Before assembling fob’s case, check that all functions works by testing buttons on circuit board.
At this point squeeze keyless entry fob's back cover together. Line your case pieces together and assemble it together by hands from top to bottom. Check your keyless entry remote body for gaps. If it is not tightly closed try to repeat last step. Screw the back of the key fob.
