How to Open Your 2012 Honda Odyssey Key Fob and Change Battery
Key fob allow access to your Honda. When the key battery is weak you will not to be able open car from distance. In this post, you will benefit from knowing how to disassembly your keyless entry remote and change a dead battery yourself. Before beginning disassembly remote key fob check all that you need: phillips head screwdriver, 1xCR2025 battery and flat head screwdriver.- phillips head screwdriver

Simple steps to change the battery in your car's remote key fob
Inside of your key fob installed tiny button battery. Remove fasteners on the back of the remote key fob. Flip the remote key fob over and look for at least one fastener holding in the plastic.
Gently try to pry apart your keyless entry remote with hands or flat head screwdriver. Replace 1xCR2025 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Get new battery and install it inside keyless entry fob's shell. Be sure to connect the battery the right way around in a circuit. Your key fob will not work if you put battery wrong way.
Before assembling keyless entry fob's case, make sure that all functions works by testing buttons on circuit board.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Carefully try to put the two halves together by hands from top to bottom. If your key fob case firmly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step. Screw fastener in the back of the key fob.
