Simple steps to change the battery in your car's key fob
Inside of your keyless entry remote installed tiny coin cell battery. Move the key out of the way if it is in the key fob.
Gently try to pry apart your remote key fob with hands or flat head screwdriver. Replace 1xCR1632 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Get new battery and install it in keyless entry fob's body. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the current cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check position on battery, by "+" mark.
Before assembling fob’s case, check that everything working good by testing buttons on keyless entry remote.
At this point squeeze fob’s back cover together. Line your body two halves together and put it together by hands from top to bottom. If your key body firmly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step.
