Before starting open key fob check all that you need: flat head screwdriver and CR2025 batteries.- flat head screwdriver
- 2xCR2025 batteries
Step by step guide
A small coin cell battery installed inside the your key fob. Move the key out of the way if it is in the key fob.
Carefully try to disassemble your key fob with flat head screwdriver. Remove two CR2025 batteries with flat head screwdriver.
Replace old batteries with fresh one CR2025. Be sure to connect the battery the right way around in a circuit. Your remote key fob will not work if you connect battery wrong way.
After the new batteries installed, check remote key fob functionality by pressing buttons. If all functions works, assemble your fob’s case in reverse order.
At this point squeeze keyless entry fob's back cover together. Line your body pieces together and assemble it together by hands from top to bottom. If your keyless entry remote case tightly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step.
