Changing battery in key fob require 1xCR2032 battery and flat head screwdriver. Prepare these materials and tools before opening and make sure to match the size of your fob’s batteries.- flat head screwdriver

Simple steps to change the battery in your Escalade's remote key fob
Inside of your remote key fob installed tiny coin battery. Gently try to pry apart your remote key fob with flat head screwdriver. Replace 1 CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Change old battery with new one CR2032. Battery must be installed with the same position as was a previous. Your key fob will not work if you by mistake place battery wrong way.
Before assembling fob’s case, verify that all functions works by testing buttons on remote key fob.
At this point squeeze keyless entry fob's back cover together. Line your shell pieces together and put it in place by hands from top to bottom. If your fob shell tightly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step.
