How to Replace the Battery in a 2013 Chevrolet Camaro Key Fob

What is the battery remote key fob use
Replacing battery in key fob require flat head screwdriver and one CR2032 battery. Prepare these materials and tools before opening and make sure to match the size of your fob’s batteries.- 1xCR2032 battery
- flat head screwdriver
Step by step guide
Inside of your remote key fob installed tiny coin battery. Open key first, and then try to pry apart the remote key fob.
Gently try to pry apart your keyless entry remote with flat head screwdriver. Remove 1xCR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Get new battery and install it inside keyless entry fob's body. Battery must be placed with the same polarity as was an old. Your key will not work if you by mistake place battery wrong way.
After the new battery installed, check key fob by pressing buttons. If all functions works, assemble your fob’s body in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Gently try to assemble the two halves in place by hands from top to bottom. If your key case firmly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step.
