How to Open Your 2013 Dodge Challenger Key Fob and Change Battery
If your Challenger key fob isn't open doors correct, the cell battery probably needs to be replaced. Below, we are going to tell you how to open your remote key fob and change a discharged battery DIY. If you decide to do it at home near Challenger, follow our guide, but don't forget to check all you need.
What kind of battery key fob use
Prior to open keyless entry remote make sure that you have all recommended tools and materials: 1 CR2032 battery, phillips head screwdriver and flat head screwdriver.- phillips head screwdriver

Step by step guide
Inside of your remote key fob installed small button battery. Move the key out of the way if it is in the keyless entry remote. Unscrew the back of the keyless entry remote. Spin the key fob over and look for at least 1 screw holding in the plastic.
Delicately try to disassemble your key fob with pry tools. Remove 1xCR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Now it's time to install new battery inside fob’s body. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the current cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check polarity on battery, by "+" mark.
When the new battery installed, check key fob functionality by pressing buttons. If everything is functioning, assemble your keyless entry fob's body in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Delicately try to put the pieces in place by hands from top to bottom. Inspect your fob shell for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step. Screw fastener in the back of the key fob.
