Before beginning disassembly keyless entry remote make sure that you have all required tools and materials: 1xCR2032 battery and flat head screwdriver.- 1xCR2032 battery

Simple steps to replace the battery in your car's key fob
Inside of your remote key fob installed tiny button cell battery. Move the key out of the way if it is in the keyless entry remote.
Accurately try to open your fob with hands or flat head screwdriver. Change 1 CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Replace old battery with fresh one CR2032. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the current cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check polarity on battery, by "+" mark.
Before assembling keyless entry fob's case, verify that everything is functioning by testing buttons on circuit board.
At this point squeeze keyless entry fob's back cover together. Line your shell two halves together and put it in place by hands from top to bottom. Check your fob body for gaps. If it is not tightly closed try to repeat last step.
