Before starting disassembly remote key fob check all that you need: 1 CR2032 battery, phillips head screwdriver and flat head screwdriver.- 1xCR2032 battery

Simple steps to change the battery in your Insight's remote key fob
A tiny coin cell battery installed inside the your key fob. Unscrew the back of the keyless entry remote. Flip the key fob over and find for at least one screw holding in the plastic.
Delicately try to pry apart your remote key fob with hands or flat head screwdriver. Remove one CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Replace old battery with new one CR2032. Battery must be placed with the same position as was an old. Your remote key fob will not work if you by mistake place battery wrong way.
Before assembling keyless entry fob's case, check that all functions works by testing buttons on circuit board.
At this point squeeze fob’s back cover together. Line your shell pieces together and assemble it in place by hands from top to bottom. Inspect your key shell for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step. Screw fastener in the back of the keyless entry remote.
