How to Replace the Battery in a 2013 Honda Ridgeline Key Fob

Replacing batteries in key fob require flat head screwdriver, 2 CR2032 batteries and phillips head screwdriver. Prepare these materials and tools before opening and make sure to match the type of your fob’s batteries.- 2xCR2032 batteries

Step by step guide
A tiny button battery installed in the your key fob. Remove screw on the back of the key fob. Flip the remote key fob over and look for at least 1 screw holding in the plastic.
Gently try to disassemble your key with pry tools. Remove 2 CR2032 batteries with flat head screwdriver.
Get new batteries and install it inside keyless entry fob's shell. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the current cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check position on battery, by "+" mark.
Before assembling keyless entry fob's case, check that all is functioning by testing buttons on keyless entry remote.
At this point squeeze fob’s back cover together. Line your shell pieces together and put it together by hands from top to bottom. Check your remote key fob case for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step. Screw the back of the remote key fob.
