Now it's time to install new battery inside keyless entry fob's shell. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the current cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check polarity on battery, by "+" mark.
After the new battery installed, check key fob functionality by pressing buttons. If everything is functioning, assemble your keyless entry fob's shell in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Delicately try to put the two halves together by hands from top to bottom. Check your keyless entry remote shell for gaps. If it is not tightly closed try to repeat last step.
