How to Replace the Battery in a 2013 Volvo XC90 Key Fob

Changing battery in key fob require CR2032 battery and flat head screwdriver. Prepare these materials and tools before opening and make sure to match the size of your keyless entry fob's batteries.- 1xCR2032 battery

Step by step instruction
A small coin cell battery installed inside the your remote key fob. Remove any internal key before you try to pry apart the keyless entry remote.
Accurately try to disassemble your remote key fob with hands or flat head screwdriver. Replace CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Now it's time to install new battery in keyless entry fob's body. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the charge cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check polarity on battery, by "+" mark.
When the new battery installed, verify keyless entry remote functionality by pressing buttons. If everything working properly, assemble your keyless entry fob's case in reverse order.
At this point squeeze keyless entry fob's back cover together. Line your case pieces together and put it together by hands from top to bottom. If your key fob shell tightly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step.
