How to Open Your 2014 Audi S4 Key Fob & Change Battery

Before starting open key fob make sure that you have all recommended tools and materials: flat head screwdriver and one CR2032 battery.- flat head screwdriver

Simple steps to replace the battery in your S4's key fob
Inside of your remote key fob installed small coin battery. Open key first, and then try to pry apart the key fob.
Gently try to pry apart your key fob with flat head screwdriver. Replace one CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Now it's time to install new battery inside fob’s case. Be sure to connect the battery the right way around in a circuit. Your key will not work if you put battery wrong way.
After the new battery installed, check key fob by pressing buttons. If everything is functioning, assemble your keyless entry fob's shell in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Carefully try to assemble the two halves together by hands from top to bottom. Check your remote key fob shell for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step.
