A small coin cell battery installed in the your key fob. Open key first, and then try to pry apart the key fob.
Accurately try to pry apart your keyless entry remote with flat head screwdriver. Remove 1 CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Get new battery and install it in keyless entry fob's body. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the current cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check polarity on battery, by "+" mark.
Before assembling fob’s case, make sure that everything is functioning by testing buttons on key fob.
At this point squeeze fob’s back cover together. Line your case two halves together and put it in place by hands from top to bottom. Check your fob body for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step.
