How to Open Your 2014 Dodge Durango Key Fob and Change Battery

Step by step instruction
A small button cell battery installed inside the your key fob. Remove any internal key before you try to pry apart the key fob. Unscrew the back of the remote key fob. Spin the remote key fob over and find for at least one fastener holding in the plastic.
Carefully try to open your fob with hands or flat head screwdriver. Remove 1 CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Get new battery and install it inside fob’s case. Be sure to connect the battery the right way around in a circuit. Your keyless entry remote will not work if you put battery wrong way.
Before assembling fob’s case, make sure that everything working good by pressing buttons on keyless entry remote.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Gently try to assemble the two halves in place by hands from top to bottom. If your key fob shell firmly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step. Screw the back of the key fob.
