Before going to disassembly keyless entry remote make sure that you have all recommended tools and materials: flat head screwdriver, 1xCR2032 battery and phillips head screwdriver.- flat head screwdriver

Step by step instruction
Inside of your remote key fob installed small button cell battery. Remove any internal key before you try to pry apart the keyless entry remote. Remove screw on the back of the remote key fob. Flip the remote key fob over and find for at least 1 fastener holding in the plastic.
Gently try to pry apart your fob with flat head screwdriver. Replace 1xCR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Change old battery with fresh one CR2032. Battery must be placed with the same polarity as was a previous. Your remote key fob will not work if you mistakenly put battery wrong way.
Before assembling fob’s case, check that all functions works by pressing buttons on keyless entry remote.
At this point squeeze keyless entry fob's back cover together. Line your shell pieces together and put it together by hands from top to bottom. Inspect your remote key fob shell for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step. Screw the back of the key fob.
